Is this rated for freeze thaw and outdoor use?

Porcelain pavers and hardscape products are frost-rated for exterior use, while some decorative pieces are warm-climate only. Confirm the freeze-thaw rating in the specs for your region before ordering.

What base and drainage does it need?

Most pavers set over a compacted gravel and sand base or a pedestal system, with a slight slope for drainage. The right base depends on your substrate, and our team can advise by project.

How much should I order for my patio or yard?

Measure the area in square feet and add about 10 percent for cuts and breakage. Turf and infill are figured by area too, and we are glad to help estimate the full material list.

Pedestal, mortar, or sand set?

Pedestals suit decks and rooftops, mortar gives a permanent bond, and sand-set works for patios and walkways. The best method depends on your base, so ask us about your specific install.

Overview

About this product

Gold synthetic turf with face weight calibrated for premium residential install, MSI Verdura Gold Turf carries the dense blade and UV-stable color that distinguishes designed turf from rental-grade product. Pairs with both formal and naturalistic landscape vocabularies, the surface tightens visually as the planting around it matures into the design. Underfoot, the texture stays comfortable across barefoot summer use and confident under winter shoes, the kind of practical detail that distinguishes residential exterior work from utility deck installs. Set in sand for permeable installations, in mortar on prepared substrate for vehicle approaches, or over pedestals on rooftop and deck applications.

Once installed and weathered into the landscape for a season, the surface develops the kind of patina that distinguishes designed-yet-natural exterior work from clearly manufactured product. Outside, the color holds across full-sun exposure without the chalking and fading that compromise dyed-concrete and printed alternatives. Once installed and weathered into the landscape across a season, the surface develops the kind of patina that distinguishes designed exterior work from manufactured paving alternatives.

Common Questions

ORDERING & SUPPORT

The questions our counter answers most, before the first box ships.

Talk to Our Team

Is this suitable for my application?+

Each product lists its wear layer, finish, and use ratings in the Specifications above, so you can match it to residential, commercial, or wet-area use. If you are not sure it fits your project, our specialists will review the details and confirm the right product before you order.

What is the lead time?+

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2-5 business days, then ship by ground or LTL freight depending on size and weight. Transit time varies by destination, and any made-to-order item shows its expected production window at checkout.

Do you price-match the trade?+

Yes. Builders, designers, and developers unlock trade pricing through our Developer Program. Apply once and your account receives member pricing across categories, plus dedicated support for large-volume orders.

How do I make sure the color matches?+

Screens and lighting vary, so our specialists will confirm the exact color, finish, and texture details with you before you commit. For larger orders we pull from the same dye lot where possible, and a small overage helps keep everything consistent.

What if my freight arrives damaged?+

Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph it before unloading, note it with the LTL driver on the delivery receipt, and report it to us the same day, so we can file the carrier claim and ship free replacements.

Can I pick this up instead of paying freight?+

Yes. At checkout choose Warehouse pickup, $89 per order, and collect from a Citadel pickup partner within 100 miles of your ZIP. MSI products are collected at MSI partners and Mohawk products at Mohawk partners, so a pickup order holds one brand. We confirm the transfer, then email your pickup date, the street address and a release number. Pickup locations

How does warehouse pickup work?+

Order online and choose a partner in your cart. We confirm the transfer with the warehouse and email the pickup date, the address and a release number. Bring the release number and a photo ID within seven days, bring a vehicle suited to the load, and inspect the material at the dock before it is loaded. Every partner is listed on our pickup locations page. Pickup locations
