How is flooring and tile priced?
Most flooring and tile is shown at a clear price per square foot, then sold by the box, slab, or roll depending on the product. Every product page lists the coverage per unit and includes a calculator so you can size your project before you order.
How do I know how much material to order?
Every flooring, tile, and slab product page has a built-in coverage calculator. Enter your project square footage and a waste allowance, and it estimates the number of boxes, slabs, or square feet you need.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Order a sample for a small fee to check color, finish, and texture in your own light before committing to a full order. Look for the sample option on the product page.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Orders over $3,500 qualify for free freight. Delivery timelines and freight details are confirmed at checkout.

Can I get a quote for a large or custom order?

Do you offer installation and other services?

What is your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled product in its original packaging may be returned per our policy. Because dye lots can vary, we recommend ordering a sample first and including a waste allowance. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can carpet be ordered online?
Carpet and broadloom are priced by the square foot. Because carpet ships by the roll and is cut to order, larger carpet orders are handled as a quote. Just request a quote and a specialist will help you size and price it.
How do I track my order?
