Yes, we scale crew size to the project so larger builds run smoothly. Commercial jobs in the 10,000 to 40,000 sq ft range are common in our pipeline and do not change our process or pricing approach.

Yes, we spec material to meet relevant code including CBC, CalGreen, ADA transitions, and NFPA 253 fire ratings. We document compliance for the inspector at substantial completion, as covered in our Code and Compliance section above.

Commercial LVT runs $5 to $9 per sq ft installed, commercial carpet tile $4 to $7, and sealed and stained concrete $6 to $12, while specialty installations such as porcelain LFT, hardwood, and custom tile are priced individually. Every project is quoted as a fixed-price bid.

Yes, we provide sample chains for carpet, LVT, and resilient products, plus finish boards for tile and hardwood. They are delivered to the GC trailer or project owner ahead of selection meetings.
