Commercial
Every surface a commercial space needs, specified for traffic, cleaning and downtime.

Commercial specification is decided by three things a home never has to weigh: how much traffic the floor takes in a day, how it is cleaned and how quickly it can be repaired without closing the space. A product that fails on any one of them fails, however well it photographs.

A curated range, specialist support on every order, and wholesale-direct pricing with no membership tier.
By traffic rating first and appearance second. A product rated for a house will wear through in a corridor, and the failure shows as a visible path rather than as even ageing. Cleaning regime and repairability matter next, ahead of anything aesthetic.
Because a damaged square can be lifted and replaced in minutes without closing the floor or reseaming a room. Over a ten year life that difference usually outweighs the higher cost per square foot.
The colour runs the full depth of the tile rather than sitting in a printed surface layer. When the surface wears, the tile underneath is the same colour, so the wear does not read as damage. It is the reason it holds up in a lobby.
Usually, in phases. Modular products make this far easier than sheet or broadloom, because sections can be lifted and laid overnight without leaving an open seam across the floor.
Spare material held back from the original order, from the same production lot. Colour shifts between lots, so a repair made two years later from new stock is visible. Ordering it at the time costs almost nothing; sourcing it later is often impossible.
Everything on Citadel is priced wholesale-direct. No membership tier, no markup for access.
