CITADEL SPACES ADS CONSOLE

Citadel Spaces runs an internal advertising console that connects to our own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API. It is used only by Citadel Spaces staff, only for our own account, and it is not offered to any other business or person.

What it does

• Reads our own Google Ads reporting: spend, clicks, impressions and conversions by campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, product, location, device and time of day, along with our budgets and account change history.
• Compares that reporting with our own store records, such as quote requests and orders, so we can see which advertising genuinely brings in customers.
• Recommends improvements to our campaigns. A recommended change, such as a budget, bid or keyword adjustment, is applied through the Google Ads API only after a member of our staff reviews and approves that exact change.

How data is handled

Advertising data is stored on Citadel Spaces' own secured systems and used only to measure and improve our own advertising. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
