We deliver nationwide. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

Processing Time

In-stock orders typically process within 1 to 2 business days. Special-order and custom items ship on their production lead time, confirmed at checkout or by our team.

Shipping Costs

Freight is calculated by weight, size, and destination, and quoted at checkout or by our team. Trade and developer accounts ship at negotiated wholesale rates.

Freight & LTL Delivery

Large or heavy orders, flooring, slabs, and pallets ship via LTL freight to the curb. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery, and to help unload where required.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to the contiguous 48 states. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are estimated at checkout.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect every shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing.

Damaged in Transit

If items arrive damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
