Welcome to Citadel Spaces. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, store, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Citadel Spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products and Services

Citadel Spaces offers renovation services and premium materials for purchase.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at our discretion.
All descriptions, pricing, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, misuse, or error is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days and then dispatched by LTL freight, which usually takes a further 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Some orders route through our distribution network to the satellite warehouse nearest you before that final leg, which is why tracking is issued when the delivery leg begins rather than at the moment you order.
Every order shipping to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia ships by LTL freight for a flat $379, curbside with liftgate. There is no order minimum and no free-freight threshold. Alaska and Hawaii orders ship by freight quote. Email contact@citadelspaces.com or call (916) 223-5762 before ordering and we will arrange it.
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to you once items are delivered to the shipping carrier.

5. Order Cancellations

When you place an order we raise a purchase order with the manufacturer. The manufacturer confirms it, usually within 2 to 5 business days, and that confirmation is the point at which your materials are committed to you and the cost becomes ours. Which cancellation fee applies depends on whether your order has been confirmed at the time we receive your cancellation request.

Before the manufacturer confirms your order: your order total is refunded less a flat 3%. Nothing is committed at that stage; the 3% covers the card processing fee, which the payment networks retain whether an order proceeds or is refunded.
After the manufacturer confirms your order: your order total is refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Once confirmed, the material is bought, allocated to you and often already moving through freight.
The two fees do not stack. A cancellation after confirmation is subject to the 25% restocking fee only; the 3% is not added to it.
If an order has partly shipped, it is by definition past confirmation and the 25% restocking fee applies to the cancellation.
If we cancel your order, because a product is discontinued, a manufacturer is out of stock, or for any other reason on our side, you are refunded in full and no fee of any kind applies.
Backordered orders: if the manufacturer backorders an item and the new expected date does not work for you, you can cancel that order for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. Every other cancellation follows the tiers above.
Cabinets follow the same cancellation rules as all other materials: 3% before the manufacturer confirms, 25% after. Once delivered, cabinets are final sale.
To cancel, email contact@citadelspaces.com with your order number, or contact us through the contact form. The time we receive your request is what determines which fee applies, so send it as early as you can.
These cancellation terms apply to orders placed through this website. Quoted and trade orders arranged directly with our team run on the terms agreed at the time.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Custom or special-order materials may not be eligible for return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

7. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse our Services or use them for unlawful purposes.
All content on the Citadel Spaces website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by Citadel Spaces and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Citadel Spaces makes every effort to provide accurate product details and service descriptions but does not guarantee that all information is error-free.
Except where prohibited by law, our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel Spaces is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from misuse of products, delays, or service interruptions.
Any claims exceeding the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service at issue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Citadel Spaces harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
