Order online and choose Warehouse pickup in your cart, $89 per order instead of freight. Enter your ZIP, pick a partner within 100 miles, and name the person who will collect. We confirm the transfer with the warehouse, then email your pickup date, the street address and a release number. Collect within seven days with the release number and a photo ID, and inspect the material at the dock before it is loaded.
MSI and Mohawk products. MSI material is collected at MSI partners and Mohawk material at Mohawk partners, so a pickup order holds one brand; a cart with both ships by delivery, or place it as two orders. Countertops, slabs and carpet are quoted rather than carted: ask for pickup on your quote request and the trade desk arranges it.

Seven days from the pickup date in your confirmation email. We send a reminder on day four. After day seven the order lapses and the trade desk contacts you about the options in the return policy.
Yes, before the transfer is confirmed. The trade desk sends an invoice for the difference between pickup and freight and the order ships once it is paid. The exact switching rules are in the return policy.
We tell you before anything moves. You can wait for the material or cancel for a full refund, including the pickup fee.
