Returns of unopened, undamaged stock products are accepted within 30 days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee applies on returned freight). Custom-cut natural stone, fabricated pre-fab pieces, and special-order items are final sale. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Inspect every shipment before signing. If you see exterior damage, note it on the freight bill or refuse the shipment. For damage discovered after delivery, document with photos within 48 hours and contact us — we'll process the freight claim and replace damaged material at no cost to you.
