It is the pick where the slab runs damp, since MSI rates it for bare concrete up to 95 percent in-situ relative humidity, and where the room will see hard use: kitchens, hospitality, schools and healthcare floors.
It grabs with a strong initial tack that firms into a water-resistant bond, dries to the touch in about 30 minutes on non-porous substrates, and gives up to two hours of working time after that. Zero calculated VOC and low odor suit an occupied building, and a pail covers roughly 880 to 1,040 square feet at the published 220 to 260 square feet per gallon with a 1/16 inch U-notch trowel. Prime first with MS003 on porous substrates and always run a bond test.
