Spread as a membrane it is rated by MSI to 99 percent relative humidity from below, and its elastomeric bond moves with the wood through the seasons instead of fighting it.The working time is a generous 180 minutes, so a long run can be laid without racing the trowel, and the floor takes light traffic in six to eight hours.

Spread as a membrane it is rated by MSI to 99 percent relative humidity from below, and its elastomeric bond moves with the wood through the seasons instead of fighting it.
The working time is a generous 180 minutes, so a long run can be laid without racing the trowel, and the floor takes light traffic in six to eight hours. Coverage depends on the plank and the method: about 30 to 35 square feet per gallon as a membrane under engineered up to 5/8 inch, and 40 to 50 as adhesive only. It contains no water and is low in VOC. Use it with the engineered hardwood in the Citadel Spaces range; it is not a membrane for solid wood.
