Waterproof rigid-core and luxury vinyl handle kitchens, baths, and basements well, while engineered wood and laminate are more moisture-sensitive. Confirm the wet-area and below-grade rating in the specs before ordering.

How much extra should I order for waste?

Add about 7 to 10 percent over your square footage for cuts and mistakes, and more for diagonal or herringbone layouts. Keeping one extra box as attic stock means you always have a color-matched repair on hand.

Will the planks match between boxes?

We pull from the same production run where possible, so order your full quantity at once and keep the boxes together. Mixing planks from several boxes as you install also blends any natural shade variation evenly.

Amber Escape is a 9-inch wide, 6 mm thick vinyl plank built for rooms that take real use. The matte finish and painted bevel edge read as wood without the wood's limitations. Six colors span the warm-to-neutral range, each suited to on-grade, above-grade, or below-grade installation.

The construction is 100% waterproof throughout. All Pet Gold™ warranty covers stain and scratch resistance. The lifetime WetProtect® warranty backs the waterproof performance. At 26.63 square feet per carton, it fits projects of most scales.
