Enter each room. The planner lays the cuts on the roll, places the seams, and reuses offcuts before adding length.
Carpet is cut from the roll to your plan, so it is quoted rather than added to a cart. Seams are placed where the layout allows and pile direction is matched across them. A 5 percent allowance is already in the total.
