Mohawk Special Coverage brings a textured loop surface to the Mass Media collection, built for rooms that need to handle real life without looking like it. Its tile format lets you lay boards in a quarter turn, brick ashlar, or vertical ashlar pattern, so the same floor can read graphic and directional or calm and uniform depending on the room. Across colorways like Instant Replay, On Demand, and Trending Now, the solution-dyed tone stays even and fade-resistant, working equally well in a busy living room, a home office, or a hallway that sees constant traffic.

EnviroStrand PET fiber and a tufted, textured loop construction resist crushing and soil in high-traffic zones, while the Ultraset Matrix backing keeps individual tiles stable underfoot and simplifies replacement if one tile takes the brunt of a spill. Solution dyeing locks color in at the fiber level, so cleaning and sunlight will not dull it over time. Special Coverage is backed by Mohawk's warranty coverage, built to stay put and stay looking sharp.

Is this tile rated for floors, walls, or wet areas?

Check the use rating in the Specifications above, since many porcelain tiles work on both floors and walls while lighter wall tile is meant for vertical use only. For showers and floors, look at the slip rating too.

Can it be used outdoors?

Frost-rated porcelain can move from indoors to patios and pool decks, while ceramic and decorative wall tile are usually indoor only. Confirm the freeze-thaw rating for your climate before ordering.

What about slip resistance?

For wet floors and showers, choose a textured or matte finish with a higher DCOF or R rating. Polished tile looks beautiful on walls and dry floors but can be slick when wet.

Order coordinating bullnose or trim for finished edges, plus grout in your color. Add about 10 percent for cuts, and more for mosaics or patterned layouts that waste a little material.
