CITADEL KITCHEN REDESIGN SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Citadel Spaces LLC, 5855 Power Inn Rd, Sacramento, CA 95824 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not administered by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any social media platform, email provider, or e-commerce platform.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void in Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Entry period

The Sweepstakes runs in a single annual Entry Period. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on January 1 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31 of the same calendar year. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

One (1) prize is awarded for each Entry Period, and the winner is selected during the first week of January following the close of that Entry Period.

The current Entry Period ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2026. Entry opened on July 28, 2026, so the current Entry Period is a partial year: it accepts entries from July 28, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Every entry received on or after July 28, 2026 is valid and is included in the drawing for the current Entry Period. No entry already received is excluded by these Rules.

Sponsor may end the Sweepstakes at the close of any Entry Period, and will post notice of the final Entry Period on this page before that period closes.

Entries do not carry over. An entry submitted during one Entry Period is eligible for the drawing for that Entry Period only.

5. How to enter

Submit your email address in the Sweepstakes entry form on citadelspaces.com. Your entry is recorded when the form confirms it on screen.

Limit one (1) entry per email address per Entry Period. If the same email address is submitted more than once during a single Entry Period, only the first submission is retained as an entry; every later submission in that period is disregarded. Entries submitted by any automated means, script, robot, or by any method other than the entry form are void. Attempting to enter with multiple email addresses or multiple identities will disqualify all of that entrant's entries.

Entry constitutes consent to receive marketing email from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing after you have entered does not remove your entry from the Entry Period in which it was made, and does not affect your chance of winning.

6. Winner selection: the drawing is conducted manually

After the close of the Entry Period, during the first week of January, Sponsor selects one (1) potential winner by hand from the list of eligible entries for that Entry Period. The selection is made by a person, not by an automated system, random-number generator, or algorithm.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Sponsor's selection is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry, within seven (7) days after the close of the applicable Entry Period. The potential winner must respond to that notification within five (5) days.

If the potential winner does not respond within that time, cannot be reached, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period, using the same manual process.

Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release, before the prize is awarded.

8. Prize

One (1) prize per Entry Period: a Kitchen Redesign awarded as a credit toward materials purchased from Citadel Spaces, with a maximum value of three thousand five hundred United States dollars ($3,500.00).

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize: $3,500.00. Total ARV of all prizes awarded in an Entry Period: $3,500.00.

The prize is a credit against the price of materials only. Specifically:

The credit applies to product only. It does not apply to freight, delivery, or installation.
The credit must be used in a single order.
Any unused balance is forfeited and has no cash value.
If the order exceeds the credit, the winner pays the difference.
The credit may not be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers, including the 5% welcome offer.
The credit must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of prize notification, after which it expires.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner where required by law, and the winner may be required to provide a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

9. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason, or for any technical failure, human error, or interruption that may affect the entry or administration of this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or any Entry Period if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner from among the eligible entries received before the impairing event.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entry information is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where you have consented, to send you marketing email.

12. Winner list

For the name of the winner of any Entry Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Citadel Spaces LLC, 5855 Power Inn Rd, Sacramento, CA 95824, or email info@citadelspaces.com, within ninety (90) days after the close of that Entry Period.
