Built on a 20 oz EnviroStrand PET face and a Weldlok backing, Union Center is engineered for real traffic, resisting matting, staining, and the wear that comes with daily use, kids, pets, and constant footsteps. Its solution-dyed fiber locks color in rather than on the surface, so spills and sunlight do not fade the pattern over time. Backed by a 10-year limited wear warranty, it is built to stay looking intentional long after installation day.

Carpet is cut from the roll to your plan, so it is quoted rather than added to a cart. Seams are placed where the layout allows and pile direction is matched across them. A 5 percent allowance is already in the total.
