Built on ColorStrand nylon and a dense 12 stitches-per-inch construction, Construe is engineered for the wear patterns of real commercial traffic, rolling chairs, steady foot flow, and daily spills, without matting down or showing traffic lanes. The Weldlok backing keeps the broadloom stable and secure over demanding subfloors, while low static propensity and solid smoke and flammability ratings suit occupied environments. Backed by Mohawk's lifetime limited wear warranty, Construe holds its texture and color well after installation day.

Enter each room. The planner lays the cuts on the roll, places the seams, and reuses offcuts before adding length.
Carpet is cut from the roll to your plan, so it is quoted rather than added to a cart. Seams are placed where the layout allows and pile direction is matched across them. A 5 percent allowance is already in the total.
