About this product

MSI Miraggio Taj Honed - Quartz Slab is the honed cut of the Miraggio Taj programme: the same warm ivory field and honey-grey veining, finished matte so the stone reads as surface rather than shine. Honed faces suit rooms built on texture, plastered walls, oiled wood, unlacquered brass, where a polished counter would sit apart from the palette. Being engineered quartz, the slab keeps the honed look without honed marble's appetite for etching: the face is nonporous, unsealed and calibrated to repeat across slabs. Supplied in 2cm and 3cm; edge profiles are cut by your fabricator to spec.

A honed counter earns its keep in the day-to-day: fingerprints, water spots and glare, the things a polished face reports, disappear into the matte surface. The warm field holds its colour over years of use, and the maintenance protocol is soap and water, with no sealing schedule at all.
