What subfloor prep does this flooring need?

Floors install best over a clean, flat, dry subfloor. Most click lock planks float over existing hard surfaces with an underlayment, while glue down and nail down need a sound substrate. Let the product acclimate in the room first, and check the spec above for the exact requirement.

Can it go in kitchens, baths, or below grade?

Waterproof rigid core and luxury vinyl handle kitchens, baths, and basements well. Engineered wood and laminate are more moisture sensitive, so confirm the wet area and below grade rating in the specs before ordering.
